Strategic Valuation Advisors LLC ("SVA," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details about your property or request. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we ask that you not include it in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can assist with your property tax matter, and communicate with you about our services. We do not use your information for marketing. Documents and data provided by clients or prospects never appear in our published research, our benchmark database, or our marketing.
Client & Engagement Information
Documents shared with SVA under an engagement or a confidentiality agreement (declaration schedules, fixed-asset ledgers, county property record cards, notices of value, valuation records, financial information) are used solely for that engagement. They are never added to the firm's published research database, never used in marketing, and never disclosed to anyone except on your written instruction or as required by law. Everything SVA publishes is compiled from public county records; client records and published data are never mixed.
Documents You Send Me
The request forms on this site take no attachments. What they store is contact fields only (name, email, company, county, and any notes you type) as a form submission in Netlify Forms, the form service of the site's hosting provider. Those submissions are opened and read by the founder alone and are used only to respond to your request.
Real-property notices may come by email reply to my acknowledgement. Business personal property schedules and fixed-asset ledgers never travel by plain email or through a web form: after the mutual confidentiality agreement is signed, you send the ledger by reply to my NDA email or through your own secure share link, whichever you prefer. Anything you send is used only for this review, never enters the published database, and is deleted within 30 days if no engagement follows.
Colorado declaration schedules are confidential by statute (C.R.S. § 39-5-120). Nothing is requested from any county until you have signed an agent authorization naming Strategic Valuation Advisors for the account. With it, the county assessor releases the account's property record card to me, and nothing is filed with the county under it without your written instruction. Record cards obtained under your authorization are held the same way as anything you send under the mutual confidentiality agreement: seen by me alone, used only for the review, never entered in the published database, and deleted within 30 days if no engagement follows. Once an engagement is signed, the Client & Engagement Information section above governs.
Cookies & Analytics
This site loads a Google advertising tag (Google Ads) that may set cookies in your browser to measure how visitors reach the site. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site. We do not run any other analytics or advertising trackers, and we never place client or inquiry information in any tracking tool.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and communicate with you (for example, our website host and email provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data Retention & Security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and manage our relationship with you, and then dispose of it securely. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request that we update or delete the information you have provided at any time by contacting us at the email below. If you receive email from us and no longer wish to, simply let us know and we will stop.
